BAFL ANGL0 – ANGLIAN DIVISION
An off week for the Anglian Division so a chance to assess the opening half of a season that saw the Flyers sitting pretty at 5-0. With two wins over second place Kings Lynn, Luton were well on their way to claiming the divisional title and looked to be one of the two strongest squads in the Anglo Division along with the similarly undefeated Fylde Falcons in the Northern Division.
With 5 games remaining Luton were confident of remaining undefeated as they faced return games against already beaten North Herts, Norwich and Medway and two games against a Newmarket Hornets squad battling North Herts for the basement in the Anglian.
Little did they know that the two toughest tests of the regular season were still to come!
